All returns must be made within 30 days. Returns must be pre-approved by calling Patrick Gill Company, Inc. for a return authorization. Goods must be in the original packaging.
Claim for damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of goods.
If a package is damaged and is the responsibility of the carrier, please follow these directions:
Hold original cartons and packing materials.
We will file the claim and give you instructions for returning the merchandise.
Insurance is in effect only if these steps are followed.
Please do not return the merchandise to us without our shipping instructions.
Replacement of damaged items will be sent to you after inspection has been made in our shipping department.
Exceptions to our return policy are items that have been used, engraved or embossed. |
